I worked with a client in the past who had a Shopify store; I had to tweak the theme code and manage thousands of products and update them with images etc. I decided I would make a guide on how to set up a Shopify store.
This guide is for beginners and does not go into any details on how to edit themes or add apps. Just the basics of setting up the store using the 14-day free trial that is available through Shopify.
First, you will need to visit Shopify and register: https://www.shopify.co.uk/
Once you have registered you will gain access to the Shopify CMS. Here you can tweak and adjust all the settings for your store.
